At Gemini Gems Jewelry, each piece is crafted with love, intention, and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our handcrafted and luxury items, we do not offer refunds, and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

General Policy

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless otherwise approved by our team under special circumstances.
• Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which may be used toward any future purchase at Gemini Gems Jewelry.
• To be eligible for credit, the item must be returned in the exact condition it was received — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Luxury Item Returns

For items valued at $300 or more, including opals and other luxury gemstones:

• Returns must be pre-approved via email before sending the item back.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including:
  • Full insurance coverage for the item’s original value
  • Signature confirmation upon delivery
• If the item is received in acceptable condition, store credit will be issued.

Return Shipping Labels

• In select cases, we may provide a pre-paid return label (e.g., if the wrong item was sent or a defect is confirmed).
• Return label availability is determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Any unauthorized returns or items received without approval will not be eligible for credit.

Condition Verification

To protect both you and us, we may require:

• Photos of the item before it’s returned
• Verification of original packaging and condition

We reserve the right to deny returns if the item appears worn, altered, or damaged.
